Effective immediately, ALL electronic radiology results via the patient portal will be delayed 72 hours. On rare occasions, radiology reports may contain findings such as malignancy (cancer). This delay allows your provider to review and interpret the results before they appear in your online health portal or app. Our goal is to provide you with thoughtful, compassionate communication, especially when results may be complex or emotionally impactful. This change complies with Senate Bill 922 relating to disclosure of certain medical information by electronic means.
